overmodded BGT, several questions needed

So, to the point: I managed to CLUACon. myself through DSC001-002 during the Jet'Laya quest's and I have encountered some errors. I can't enter Beregost since it freezes down. Somebody plpease provide a code for Beregosts map, let's see if it helps.

Another thing: remember the priestess before the Sorcerous Sundries in BG? Now after Candlekeep 2 she talks to me, and the robed figure now want's the book from the proprietor of the ship whorehouse in the Southern part of BG. The dialogue is flawed, there is only one empty line before line 2 and it does nothing. PLease tell me what would happen, and how could I avoid or subdue this error?

I have ventured to do jet Laya's quest since I've only found this page recently (got 12Gbytes of BG2 on my comp from a friend) away before and from the Inauguration cermony of Sarevok as new Grad Duke. hope there's no time limit.

The "monk" next to the crazy woman? Yes, he wants the book. So who's dialog is blank? His or Lobo on the ship?

Lobo(was that his name?) on the ship. When I try to talk to him about the book as I recall, the lines jump like if it were a long dialogue but blank, and there is only the second answer showing. That answer has to be clicked twice to do no..nothing. Nothing happens.

Also, if the code for Beregost is CLUAConsole:MovvetoArea("6100")then I can't evne console myself to Beregost. Funny thing, another character who'm I just started can walk to beregost with Imoen and anyone else, so the mpa is in the game's memory. Is this somekind of bug, or something dealing with the original that you cannot move back to the oputside of BG in the original game?

Areas normally start with "AR". Therefore, you need to move to "AR6100", but I don't think that is the right code for Beregost anyway. Not sure why you have this movement problem. No one else has stated this issue.

Yes, I forgot to type the AR before that, but anyways it won't work. I guess it was Beregost, becouse AR6103 and so were with a high probability Beregost houses, and I tried several ones close to the number starting close to it like 610x and so. Any help is apreciated, I need to finish jet' Laya's quests and such.

Your save game might be corrupted, it happened to me several times. You can fix this by opening your save game using NI.

Open Baldur.sav, Decompress the savegame, delete the file AR6700.ARE compress and save it. some of the characters in beregost will reappear, like silke. I'm not sure if this will mess up Dsotsc progress or not, backup your savegame before trying.

OK, what is NI and where should I find it? I am Internet Illiterate, so it may take sometime for me to understand stuff. anyway, is AR6700 really the code for Beregost? I am not sure.

Also, in the Northern Citadel, the guy who is crucial for the quest (in the room under the storeroom where the Helm warrior and the crazed Beggar look-alike dwells) won't talk to me. Is there any way to force talk or something?

Shelton didn't talk to you in an older version of NTotSC. I fixed that two versions ago. Which version do you have installed? You can bring in the correct one by using CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("NTSHELT"). I think that is the right CRE file. Only do this on that area, his dialog won't work anywhere else.
