Greetings. I am Lord_Jeremy, a regular of ire.mainecoon.net and member of TeamMacBG. We have a modder over at TMBG that is working on a mod to add many spells, classes, items, creatures, and areas from IWD, IWD2, and even PnP (Pen and Paper Dungeons and Dragons). He is looking for help with the area editing, specificaly user-interactive items (ie; doors, chests, manipuatable objects, etc.). If you or someone you know has any experience with the above mentioned area editin, then you can email me (lord.jeremy@gmail.com) and I'll make sure he gets the message.

how come you always look so damn cool in every photo I see you in?!?
Speaking of modding, I listened to IER 3 yesterday, so you can have another quote for your signature: how come you sound so damn cool, as well as look it? It's unfair. Seriously.

From what I have heard, to fully create an area one needs to use a utility from Team BG (IETME?) and/or DLTCEP or whatever it is called... us mac users are very limited on our utilities to be honest. Right now I use Near Infinity for most of the editing, but I am drawing the areas and the world map with Photoshop. If there are any java apps out there that support area editing more in-depth or if I missed something and it can be done with those two utilities, then please do tell.

As far as I know, DLTCEP is better than IETME, but I'm not sure if either is obtainable for Mac-users. If not, then I'm afraid I don't know any other tool capable of doing the same things.
