Possible Mod Problem

I've recently installed the Big Picture mod with TDD, SoS and TS. I followed the installation instructions on the PDF file, and things seemed at first to go well. However, I'm now wondering if the TDD and SoS mods didn't quite "take" when I installed them. Although I have access to the kits and spells that they added, I have not seen any of the NPCs from these mods, specifically those in the Copper Coronet. I do know, however, that the TS mod is working, as I've already met Kachiko. Does anyone know what the problem might be or how I might fix it? Thanks!

if non-weidu (which i'm guessing it is, as you followed the pdf): unfortunately, altho you've obviously spent a lot of time installing the old BP, we no longer support it, as newer and much less easy to break versions of these mods (ie, weidu versions) are all available. the old install process had to be follwed exactly, and even then, if you installed the wrong mod after yr BP install was finished, the whole thing could be ruined anyway. case in point: Adario is certainly in AR0406 in a full, working old BP install: if you can't find him, something has gone horribly wrong. there's no real point trying to work out what went wrong tho, as newer, better versions of these mods are available, and at some point (ie, now) someone is going to say 'install the new versions for less hassle'.
if weidu: which versions? some of the beta versions of TDD-weidu (1.04 and below, from memory) left Adario out accidentally. he's there in v1.10 tho, i can assure you. so again: if yr using a weidu version that's outdated, that'd be the cause of yr problem.

ToB patch 26498
TDD v 1.10
SoS v 1.10
TS v 5.01 + 503-505
BP-weidu v. 1.75
Obviously these versions are not the same as in the PDF, so maybe that's the problem? I mainly used the installation guide to know how/in what order to install the mods. I couldn't find a more recent guide, though. Is my best bet to uninstall/reinstall? And are these versions okay? Thanks for the help! It's much appreciated.

This is what I have installed:
ToB patch 26498
TDD v 1.10
SoS v 1.10
TS v 5.01 + 503-505
BP-weidu v. 1.75
Is my best bet to uninstall/reinstall? And are these versions okay? Thanks for the help! It's much appreciated.
christ almighty: don't go near the old TS (ie 5.01+503-505) with the new weidu mods, it will break everything. yr best bet is:
TOB+patch 26498
BD-weidu 1.5
TDD v1.10
SoS v1.10
TS-BP v6.04.1
BP-weidu v176
this will work fine. there are too many reasons to list why the old mods shouldn't be used; unfortunately, it all boils down to 'you'll have to do a competely fresh install'. looking on the bright side, tho: the combination i have listed will work without any problems.

Fortunately, I didn't spend too much time on the messed up install. I'll go ahead and do the reinstall in the order you recommended. Thanks for all the help!!
