Ok revised patch is up :)

 

Improved Sahuagin City - no conflict

No conflict with BP 750 either?

 

Improved Twisted Rune - no conflict

No conflict with BP 150 either?

 

Kensai Ryu's Tougher Kangaxx - conflicts with 1225 (mark as expert)

Does Dark Side of Amn #7 also overwrite files?

 

Kensai Ryu's Gnome Fighter/Illusionist in the Docks - conflicts with 1175 (mark as expert)

Does Dark Side of Amn #5 also overwrite files?

 

Kensai Ryu's Improved Crypt King - conflicts with 1120 (mark as expert)

Does Dark Side of Amn #3 also overwrite files?

 

Smarter Vampires - conflicts with 1030, 1040, 1050, 1060 & 1070

Not also BP 1080 and 1090?

 

Streamlined Trolls - no conflicts (consider recommending a certain component in polytweaks over this one though)

No conflict with BP 875?  Does this conflict with SCS 8030?

 

I have a commit ready with these changes.  Thanks for the analysis!

I'll answer the rest after another analysis tomorrow but i can tell you that the streamlined trolls component is more of a tweak rather than a difficulty increase - it will make all creatures in the game that have the troll animation killable directly without the invulnerable sleeping troll animation.

BP's troll component improves troll AI and stats.

Also you're right about the vampire conflicts

Ah.  So the streamlined trolls does conflict with polytweaks #60 (improved less buggy trolls)?

Yes :) But I'd recommend polytweak over tactics because it's much narrower in scope (specifically targets which creatures to edit rather than all trollish animation ones) and newer

Twisted Rune should not conflict because BP considers them generic stuff while Tactics considers it a separate encounter.
 
By order of compatibility with other mods: choose BP > Tactics > DSoA (BP is most compatible)
Yes, DSoA overwrites like hell so mark the entire mod as expert if not already.

About EETactics, I was waiting for development to stop before asking the author if I can backport the patches over to Tactics - the mod is a total rewrite so it would be better to just start making changes to EEtactics to make it compatible with non-EE rather than make Tactics like EETactics :P

He already sad that he count for adding all those new code to old Tactics but I suspect that his code is new and much better than the old one. Since TacticsEE have active maintainer, I've willing to use TacticEE for BWS anytime. What matter here is compatibility concerns and code modernization.

I think we should wait for a proper release of that mod before trying to meddle with its code :P (for all we know it might have gone through some serious rewriting since august)
