My question-
On dark side when you do to the Jedi Enclave sublevel on Dantooine and run into the Disciple.....afterwards when you return to Khoonda he's having a conversation with Carth via holovid and Carth is wearing a Republic jumpsuit just like when you play on lightside....i don't understand, i thought Carth was either killed by Revan or sent into Exile, maybe i'm missing something because Admiral Cede appears where Carth does on dark side(as we all know)....is it a glitch or possibly something accidently left in by Obsidian(one of many mistakes maybe)....or is it that Carth survived after Revan left and rejoined the Republic....kind of a head scratcher....can someone give me the facts on this, thanks....and feel free to post if you have any questions about Kotor II....

We know for sure that a Dark Sided Revan actually killed Carth, so if he appears on the Holovid, I must be an error.
thanks, anyone else have an opinion on this.....

Its only a female dark-sided Revan that kills Carth in the first game, the male has no interaction with him after Carth runs away on the "Unknown" world.
If he's there in the holovid with Revan having been female/darkside, then its def an error.
Altho, the only way you'll see that is if Revan was female/darkside, and the Exile is male (if the Exile is female then the Disciple will join you and there wont be a scene like that), so I'm not sure.

Well, Carth's fate would have then been unknown (to say he lived, or to say he died, would be a little incorrect with the ending we got). I'm pretty sure tho, that since it shows Cede as Admiral in the other sequences where you'd normally get Carth (holovid onboard the Harbinger, and as your leaving the space station of Telos) either Carth was in a different assignment, or more likely, Obsidan didnt have enough time to check back over all of it with Lucasarts forcing them to get it out the door.

"The righteous need not cower before the drumbeat of human progress. Though the song of yesterday fades into the challenge of tomorrow, God still watches and judges us. Evil lurks in the datalinks as it lurked in the streets of yesterday, but it was never the streets that were evil." - Sister Miriam Godwinson, Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri

Maybe Obsidian just dropped the Kotor info ball on this one but after you gain influence with HK and ask him about when he was created he tells you during the beginning of the Jedi Civil War....now this is odd considering in the first he tells Revan that he was lost on a mission into mandalorian space during the Mandalorian Wars....maybe Revan just deleted his memory on this or maybe you would think Obsidian would do their research from the 1st....another storyline mistake possibly....

Another one that's confusing me....

probably.
actually when you search through the files you'll find many things that were changed/cut from/replaced in/from the game. it annoys me even more ~.~
I have a question considering that. I've found a file mentioning Desciple founding some holivid... anyone EVER run into that thin in the game?
