Looking into the debug log I found this as the spot that it went wrong

Resource [GUI_Mods/GUI_Mods.2DA] not found in KEY file:

Stopping installation because of error.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but got the same error. All of the weidus are of the most recent(publicly released) versions.
Sorry if this has been addressed previously, but for some reason the search function isn't(functioning) when I click on it.
