It's very cool, but given the presence of things like stormtroopers and TIE Fighters, it seems more likely to be for a new Jedi Knight game than KotOR 3.

Not exactly with Kotor 3, the movie shows a jedi fighting stormtroopers in Next Gen graphics. Of course, those Next Gen graphics can also be used for the next Kotor 3.
