I'm going to replay Planescape, I want to install Platters fix patch, the Restoration Pack by Cilantro and the Candlestick quest.
Will they work together? and if so which order shall I install them in?

Yes. The order in which you listed them will work just fine.
People who use, have once used, or ever intend to use the word "ginormous" in the future should be shot. They needn't be killed, though. Just shot.

Installation order of 3 mods:
1) PS:T Ultimate WeiDU Fixpack v3.02
2) PS:T Unfinished Business v3.02
3) Qwinn's PS:T Tweak Pack v3.51
"Qwinn's PS:T Tweak Pack v3.51" has component "Banter Accelerator". I think "PS:T Unfinished Business v3.02" must be installed before "Qwinn's PS:T Tweak Pack v3.51" to correct apply "Banter Accelerator". Am i right?
p.s. try to understand me, I Know ny English is not good=)

That seems to be the correct order, yes.
Maybe ask in the fixpack forum, the creator of these mods browse them regularly.

That is the order in which I install them, so you can consider it the most tested and therefore recommended order, but I did write the two components such that they -should- work fine regardless of the order in which you install UB/Tweak Pack.
