Well i though i had the updated world map v6.3 but riatvin is still unreachable- does anyone know the area code?

Well i though i had the updated world map v6.3 but riatvin is still unreachable- does anyone know the area code?
It's DD3300, but go to Umar Hills and get the quest from Johanna 1st that lights up Trollford on your map. The link to Riatavin should be good then, even though it'll take you forever and a day to get there,,,
