As this project progresses, it is going to be imperative that people who are working on the project be able to communicate in a workroom environment.

You, K'aeloree, as project coordinator, are going to need to be kept abreast of progress, but more importantly, we're going to have to be able to track who is working on what, and we're going to have to establish a naming scheme for variables. For one thing, a project of this scope should probably have its own prefix, if it doesn't already. At this posting, IE, I#, and K1 are all open. I would recommend chosing one soon. I kind of like I#. You will note that I am not including anything with a ! in it, with good reason. It plays merry hell with state names. You won't be able to register IEP, but you could go with IE, and use IEP anyway.

I'd recommend that the workroom be limited access, because while it's important for participants to be able to access this information, flooding the boards with information that will be of limited interest to the majority of forum goers is not likely to be popular.

Just my 2 pence.

Already got a workroom - I'll go and register I# now. (And you've now got access to the workroom. :))
