How do I add the use any item ability via shadow keeper? :P

You cant. Well you can if you had godly hex knowledge.

However, a workaround is easily obtained.
With shadowkeeper. You can add the innate ability 'use any item'. As an innate spell. In order to do this, you must remove another innate ability (like draw upon holy might given to you as innate ability), and then you can add the ability use any item (click 'add ability' and add it through the spell browser (Spell browser can also be obtained with the button in the menu bar above, with the button that says 'SB')

Now, save this game, and open it up with bgii
in your special abilities, you will have the spell use any item. Which you can now cast to affect yourself with it. Then the ability is permanent.

Go back to Shadowkeeper, and remove the 'use any item' ability again and bring back the innate ability you previously had to remove. Reopen the game again, and you can no longer cast the ability, but you are still affected by it.

I know the explanation is a bit vague, but you may manage
