I was just tinkering around with some areas, and found out that the unknown offset 0x98 in doors is actually a StrRef for when the player tries to pick the lock, but it's unpickable (100%). i.e. "This door is barred from behind." or, "This door is just a cunning painting."
Not sure where this would be in NI, but in IETME it appears when you right-click a door's open/closed door sector, and bring up it's
properties.
Theo informs me that this update will be in the next version of IETME.
