I've finally made it to Brynnlaw and the Festhall. Problem is sleeping sir william sometimes shows up in festhall bedroom for 1 second, blinks and is gone. Or else he is not there at all. Have tried 6 or 7 different ways. Sneak in with potions, kill guards, go during day, go during night, drug guards then go in, etc.
He is supposed to give a key to his safe back in city, but I can't find it in Shadowkeeper. Does anyone know the clua for william so I can get dialogues, or else the code for the key?

A little searching in SOS folder and forums and I found it. I did have to clua Sir William sleeping (who does still disappear in 1 or two seconds) and then Sir William awake to initiate dialogue and get the key. For those who get stuck:
Sir Will sleeping-CLUA- "CBWILLMS"
Sir Will awake-CLUA- "CBWILLMA"
if no key then "CBWLKEY1"
Sir Will sleeping-CLUA- "CBWILLMS"
Sir Will awake-CLUA- "CBWILLMA"
if no key then "CBWLKEY1"

Had this problem too with my second SOS adventure but with BigPicture. After initial talk with Selence about William I forgot to go to the estate and talk to the butler about william and the key and all that stuff. I travelled to Spellhold and in the fest hall he was there for a second and gone. I had to CLUA to the estate (Government dist.) and talk to the butler and then CLUA back to Spellhold. PHEW! saved the quest but I think the talk with the butler is crucial for William to spawn and stay in the festhall.A little searching in SOS folder and forums and I found it. That could be the initial cause and not a bug.

this is what i did in SoS mod:
I talked to Gaelan and he said i had to pay 10000 gold.
I made ALL the quests (Underdark too).
When i came back to Athkatla i went to Gaelan and paid 10000 gold.
He said i had to go to Trademeet but i found noone there.
So i gave up,but later i saw Selence and i tried to talk to her.
She gave me the "sir william" quest......but William is in Brynnlaw and i don't know how to come back there.
Any help please?

At this stage, you need to CLUA in the gold, then talk to Selence:

ok i'm in the dungeon under wauken promenade now.....but i can't go in the shop.
I'm in front of the stairs and if i point the mouse on them i see the right icon but if i click nothing happens.My PGs don't move.
They can enter the shop only if it's open but i need to go there when nobody is in.
EDIT
After 3 hours i finally succeed in entering the shop
