I'm at castle D, and im not sure if this is bugged.

Everytime the dialog between cuchi and head vamp ends, and i get control back. The pooch turns hostile. Ive tried prebuffing him before the encounter, but thats not working. He attacks all the vamps, then he either attacks my party (imoen is his fav chew toy), or my party turn on the pooch.

Ive tried seperating cuchi from the party, and the pooch follows him, and after about 10-15 mins the pooch does a cleanse aura, but hes still hostile, and i have to keep moving cuchi around or they end up attacking each other again.

Is it a bug or am i supposed to put the pooch down?

is there a cheat code/CLUAconsole code, where i can turn a hostile into a friendly?

nothing in the dialog box indicates that the pooch has been charmed etc, dispell magic, etc dosent work, and ive even resorted to ctrl + r, but that dosent work.

Easiest option would be to just kill the flipping thing, but hes a cracking attacker, and can withstand most magic attacks, and i'd like to avoid doggicide if possible :)

CTRL+Q will add someone to the party. It may or may not fix this problem. I have to assume that a vampire is charming the wolf and that is why he attacks you. Normally a party member is charmed. I don't think the wolf has ever been mind controlled during one of my games.

I tried ctrl + Q then K, and he became friendly again, but he turned blue, so he wasnt controlable. So i had a look with NI, and Lord D and Claris both target my pc with vamp domination, right before they teleport out. But its the pooch that gets dominated, and no amount of dispel etc works on him.

so i reloaded, prebuffed everyone including the pooch, but he still turned as soon as dialog ended and i got control back, anyway i gave permission for dogicide (hides from RSPCA at this point), and as soon as pooch was dead, he appeared again, very much alive and friendly. so it sort of sorted itself out. so i nicknamed pooch, lazarus, as none of my guys rez'd him hehe

Based on the BIO of Cuchy, I think the "shadow wolf" is just that, a shadow. So it can keep dying and coming back again. Way over balanced for the game, but so is everything else in DSotSC.

True, but that Drow leader in the nephew quest bit, was really hard, especially with that vorpal weapon of his, i lost count of how many reloads i had to do, so it sort of balances it a bit :)
