Well I've found some motivation to do this, I sat for about 3 hours trying to fix a texture which I screwed up any ways, but on the the actual thing.

This is a race from the same area as the orcs but they are quite difrent. They have a strong controle over the elements.

They also have a more beast like apearence then the orcs.

You may want to consider generating new normal maps/using Orc normal maps, as the skin seems to be really shiny.

You don't like the tail, may I ask why?

Aside from the nasty habit of disappearing when it comes to equipping gear which is only Beliar knows why made for the tail slot, I see no problem with tails - and even that is rather a problem of the gear, not the tail.

Not clear though why the tail almost vanishes on the 2nd screenshot.

Sure.

I think it may fit with the name "dragonic shamans' but not with orcs themselves. I very much like the idea of these shamans and their look is great so far but the tail seems a bit out of place here. You know, such a big, big orc and such a small tail... ;-] In the current state it looks like to be glued to orc's back ;] I prefer Dragonic Shamans without any tails but if you are fond of those 'whips', maybe try to make it a bit... bigger? :]

The problem I see with a bigger tail is the lack of a dragon tail as a body port - the argonian tail is a lot bigger than Spike's demon tail, but looks rather clumsy and ugly on other races, even with different textures.
I've tested the khajiit tail with green textures on an orc a few minutes ago - the result was something only parents could love

I could try and make it bigger but it might have to be a difrent tail as I'm not sure what to do with it in a meshing program, the reason there is a tail is that I felt it was a bit more beast like.

Er...I'm royally confused. :WTF:

Do you mean Drakonic Shamans?

if so, then the Orc is definitely not a base you want to use

Nope, I ment it as Dragonic Shamans, and the Orc is what I want to use as a base.
