I know this has been posted before, but I have been unsuccessful in getting thumbnails to show up. They keep showing up as regular-sized images. Any advice?

Okay, using your last pic as an example, you have to post the thumbnail itself between the {img} tags, and the url to the full size one before it, thus:

Note the different url's - one has "th_" prefixed to the image title; that's the thumbnail. That code above would produce this:
