i remember that with BGT 1.02 after installation one was supposed to replace links.tbl file with the fixed one that could be downloaded somewhere around
is it still necessary with v1.04?

No. At least I never heard of having to do that. Use Wm 6.5 to ensure best updates.

No longer required. It was necessary with v1.02 because of a crash associated with moving between two specific areas in a specific direction.i remember that with BGT 1.02 after installation one was supposed to replace links.tbl file with the fixed one that could be downloaded somewhere around
