Torio Claven was my favorite in the villian lineup. For once, she was an enemy you couldn't just hack to pieces, and one who could make life very difficult for you from behind the scenes.

My favourite villain was Bishop, of course 
Then probably comes Garius. I hated Torio and killed her, but I still remember him pronouncing her name, TOORIOU

Its great to play evil, even though Kotor 2 was better compared to NWN2 in the cool evilness factor.

Kotor 2 you can corrupt your party members as you, yourself become corrupted. Every time you do an evil deed you slip further down to the darkside.
