Hey all. I've got WM 6.6 installed, and i've killed the guy in Feldepost's whose death is supposed to put the bandit camp on the map. Unfortunately, it's not there, and Kivan is starting to whine about how we're wasting time. I've tried going north from Peldvale in hopes it would show up, but to know avail.

Additionally but less importantly, the map with Bassilus seems to also be inaccessible.

Well go look for it!

You should see 2 forest areas go search them and go north and you should be able to find the camp.

With the revised Travel Time & Visibility component installed Bandit Camp will no longer appear by killing Tranzig at Feldepost's since he doesn't know where it is either. He does give you a clue about what to do next with the letter from Tazok.

except if your party kills him too quickly and he dies before saying anything at all. which is not too unlikely with BG1 mods installed and playing BG1 as part of a megamodification. i had this problem, too, and finally had to CLUA to the bandit camp.

Y'all don't follow clues well, do you,,, <_< . What does the letter from Tazok that Tranzig has in his possession say? Tranzig doesn't need to say anything. You could disintegrate him with your 1st blow and make the Bandit Camp reveal work.

Tranzig,
I am perplexed as to why Mulahey has not communicated with us in some while. You are to go to the mines and find out the condition of his operation. You are also to collect any iron that may have been stolen by the kobolds. Our next raid will most likely take place at Peldvale, or Larswood, so visit either of those areas and track us back to our camp.

TAZOK

which did not work for me. i had both explored and visited them again (pretty sure about at least larswood since i had saved some coin to shop from Haeball again.
can i ask why the other sources of the bandit camp location have been disabled ? elminster in beregost ? drizzt when you help him fighting the gnolls ?

When you go back to Larwood and Peldvale in Chapter 4 you will have an encounter with either Raiken in the NE corner of Peldvale or Teven in the WSW part of Larswood. You either join them and they take you to the Bandit Camp, or you kill them and that reveals the Bandit Camp.

At least in my BGT game, Elminster and Drizzt NEVER revealed the Bandit Camp. All they ever do is give clues to search in the areas NE of Beregost.
