Compatible with OOO

Does anyone know if OOO is compatible with the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansions ?
If they are, can someone give me an install or load order for the expansions, OOO and other mods?

The major ones I have are:

- Shivering Isles
- Knights of the nine
- OOO + patches
- Unofficial Oblivion patch
- OOO Dread armor upgrade
- Streamline
- BT mod
- Rend's Beauty pack

+ various mods that improve textures ingame.

They are both compatibles but I suggest u to grab fcom, a mod that makes Francesco's OOO Warcry and MMM all compatibles
