I need one friendship path song and one romance path song.
2. Approximate lenght of the songs?
7 to 9 seconds, extendable to 14 seconds or so, to be played each time a friendship talk or romance talk is called.
3. What kind of songs - character themes, romance themes, battle songs, or something else?
The friendship theme should be a lighthearted, jaunty song; the romance song should be sweet and light and playful but also a little intimate sounding.
4. Describe in detail the atmosphere, the style and the instruments you would like to be used, and any other possible preferences.
I am open to anything that sounds Renaissance/Early-Middle-Ages-ish; I like recorders, so for the friendship track it would be great if some of the instruments were those.
5. Preferred format of the files?
.wav format please for the soundchecks; but please send the final versions in ogg compression format!
6. Any deadlines?
Last WEEK!!! Seriously, I know it will take several weeks or months for hsi kind of request; I promise the soundset lines are all completed. As soon as they can be accomplished, I would love them.
7. What game and what mod is this for?
A mod in development BG2 SoA. Currently it is not hosted anywhere, but I canshow the artist what I do have, so he or she knows I am seriously working on it!
8. Anything else you'd like to mention?
I am a jerk and a hoser so I will claim this is my work and not credit the artist, will change my dialogue in midstream, will abandon the mod 2 weeks after the artist has slaved away for a month or two for me, and most of all I will not help the artist in any way on any of her own projects. (NOT... subtle reminder to the reader than nothing should ever be asked for without offering something in return!)
