Loth's Armory of the 1st Empire: Oblivion
A modification for TESIV Oblivion
Version [1.02 BETA]

This mod adds new meshes and textures for unique armor and weapons. This is a serial release. News items will be added periodically.

Update:

Bug fixes:

1) Ayleid Longsword NIF reference typo corrected
2) Blinking black bug corrected on armor
3) Xform on ayleiddefendergauntlets_gnd fixed

Additions:

Ancient Amber Longsword

Compatibility:

Fully compatible with all mods. Requires Robert's (male) body replacer to display correctly (seamlessly) when using parially equipped armor. Armor in this release is for males only. A female version may be forth coming. No *.egm file is provided for the helm currently. Clipping may occur.

Credits:

Bethesda - Havok collision data, NIF template, misc texture samples. (Ayleid helm amd Longsword are original Bethesda Meshes extracted from statues and made playable).
Loth DeBonneville - Original meshes and textures
Robert - Male body meshes

Installation:

Expand the archive file. Place the *.esp into your Oblivion\ folder. Place the contents of the Data dir into your Oblivion\Data folder and allow to overwrite folders when prompted. Launch Oblivion and select Data Files. Check the included *.esp and start game.

Game Play:

Items described below may found in a player owned chest at 'A Fighting Chance in the IC' in un-enchanted form. All items are unleveled and rated same as Glass. This is a BETA so location and stats may be change.

Ayleid Defender Cuirass
Ayleid Defender Greaves
Ayleid Defender Gauntlets
Ayleid Defender Boots
Ayleid Defender Helm
Ayleid Longsword
Dwemer Peace Shield
Ancient Amber Longsword

Issues:

Clipping may occur with any number of armor/clothing items as few were tested and essentially all are unavoidable. Armor was designed to work with Roberts body mesh and other armor pieces in the series.

Re-use:

You may use any or all of the original content included without permission but I do request that I be given credit for the orinal meshes and textures where used.
