Problem with mods, Baldur's 2

I just tried playing with mods for the first time, and used this forum and another site to do it properly. Those I installed were Sos and CtB with The Big Picture, Dark Ritual, Improved Anvil, foodmod, com_encounters, Ascension and a few NPCs (Saerileth, Yasraena, Kim, Tashia, Yikari and Biddelkelorak.
After a few hours, I noticed that a lot of people, when I click on them in order to speak, are said "busy" and cannot engage conversation. It's a problem, because it can happen in very important moments, like during a turning point of a quest.
Whether you answer or not, thank you very much for giving us this site, and congratulations for your hard work.
Goodbye.

There's a nasty bug with BG2 Throne of Bhaal that requires a patch, 26498, I believe. You can get it from the BioWare website, bioware.com, by following Throne of Bhaal>Support>Patches.
Please note that if you have already installed mods, you will have to uninstall all of them before attempting to install the patch. To be honest with you, it's quicker to just uninstall the game, delete the entire game folder, and reinstall your stuff in the order the readme's recommend
Here's your basic install
Shadows of Amn
Throne of Bhaal
Official patch from Bioware
recommended fixpack (Improved Anvil requires Baldurdash)

- With the mod installation quoted before, I can enter an area named "snowflake mountains", but as soon as I want to enter the "second level", there is a crash bug. Is it a known issue ?
- I didn't include "The Darkest Day" in my mod installation because I read somewhere that it was incompatible with Throne of Bhaal, but now I read somewhere else that it was not. What is the truth ? And can I still add it ?
Thank you very much !

That was the old"The Darkest Day" mod/patch(the replacement version), the new TDD is quite much more compatible. For example read this to for help in understanding if it is.- I didn't include "The Darkest Day" in my mod installation because I read somewhere that it was incompatible with Throne of Bhaal, but now I read somewhere else that it was not. What is the truth ? And can I still add it ?

I could play for a while, and I have two questions :
- With the mod installation quoted before, I can enter an area named "snowflake mountains", but as soon as I want to enter the "second level", there is a crash bug. Is it a known issue ?

Yup, Jarno is correct and I just finished TDD with SoS, CtB, RoT, Tortured Souls and BP and did not encounter any problems. Everything worked fine. The walkthrough for TDD by Suburban Jub Collective ends on the fact that the mod had no ToB content. That walkthrough is a little outdated assuming you are playing the newest TDD weidu version 1.12, but is fine for answers to quests and such.
CtB- has a pinned bug report here at SHS and that crash was a known issue. Just look in Mega-modifications and Check the Bodies. Not much in that (Snowflake Mountain) area except for the cabin. The first area before the crash is necessary for the quest, "Got Ice". You will find some answers to quests in other topics in CtB forum if you are stuck.
Hope that helps
Addendum- When installing more (big) mods, The headaches will be extremely reduced to a minimum if you start from a totally deleted SoA folder and install main game+ToB+ patch 26498
then:
1-BG2 fixpack (Gibberlings3.net)
2-Big mods-TDD CTB ROT TS BP
3-Tweaks, NPCs, small mods (weidu only for compatibility)
4-World map 6.6.1 (necessary for big mods)
What happens if you install mods late in your game is the dialog.tlk can get severely scrambled making no sense

"If you think that a size of the mod indicates an amount of bugs that it introduces and their severity you're totally wrong...
Try not to use next time a load of shitty "super-mega-improving-tweaking-revising" small mods that you have installed and try to meet Wulfgar once again." - King Diamond
The Definitive Guide to Trolls
"Finding food and a place to sleep is your own business. I imagine Paul the Cat should have some fun with you, too" - Potencius in The Darkest Day
"You have been warned, little bastard!" -Khelben to a young <CHARNAME>in Check the Bodies
There are those who will snivel, and offer nothing in return except criticism, meanwhile never lifting a finger to do other than to cut other peoples labor down simply for the fact that they lack the capability to put anything of their own together. -erebusant

1) Can someone explain to me what is this CLUA I see mentioned in the forum ? It is a program that allows to place the characters in an area of choice ?
2) I will do my third (and last, I hope) installation with a new Baldur's 2-ToB package (I'm French, and the French translation is a little awkward, so I bought a US version for a few dollars). It is called Baldur's Gate 2 Gold, and contains, besides SoA and ToB, a disc of bonus items for the shops. Do you know if the bonus disc is compatible with the mods ? And if it is so, in what order must I do the installation ? Must I install this disc with the minor mods ? Before the Gibberlings3 patch ? After the patch but before the mega-modifications ?
I searched the answer for these two questions on the forum and on Google, but did'nt find anything...

Besides, Hoppy, are you sure of the order ? King Diamond says to install BP after the minor mods, and not before.
And your version of BP works well ? What is your version, and what link did you use to download it ? Because everybody on the BP forum says (as far as I understand) to try to avoid this version of it, because it is full of bugs that can ruin the game.

Not everybody says this.Because everybody on the BP forum says (as far as I understand) to try to avoid this version of it, because it is full of bugs that can ruin the game.
But you might want to avoid it until you get a lot more experience playing with all these mods.
-- You can learn about CLUA and a lot of other stuff from-->here.
-- questions on installation order, read-->here.
Don't install every mod, just what you want. For you, don't install BP.
-- I believe the game discs you have are fine, although if there are problems hopefully someone will come along to tell us otherwise.
Also, anyone know of a French BG forum?

1) It's this cheat console command thing etc.1) Can someone explain to me what is this CLUA I see mentioned in the forum ? It is a program that allows to place the characters in an area of choice ?
2) ...
2) It's the Bonus Merchants... you only need to insert this to the console
CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("wmart1")and
CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("wmart2")as the creatures are already in the game.
