Definetely not a direct mod issue that I can think of, rather a screw up on the game's part.
Does the problem still persist after you reload or exit the game and re-enter it?
It still sounds like an error on the game's part for a failure to locate the proper scripts etc..
Any details you could provide might help here Zenn.

Sorry, folks, but that's just one of the lovely features of being in Peldvale (or is it Larswood?). Given that this is where the lake poets hang out, that voice might just be saying "Ale! Ale!" rather than "Help! Help!"
Odd. I've never encountered the same problem there, and I pass it regularly.
Its Peldvale, I think, the one above near the bandit camp...
At either rate I've done all sorts of horrible things to those poets just for the sake of it, and yeah, I've never encountered the screaming issue... although the area with that noble and the bear is a different story.
But generally that stops when it should. Only once that has stuffed up, and resulted in a game crash, but that was the previous version and it was a system problem rather than a mod one.
