Hi all,

I'm in chapter 2 of BG2, and I did Nalia's quest for her stronghold without her in my party. Since I had Jan in my party, I got summoned home and began doing his quest, and so I took Nalia for the vacant spot, but I did this more than 7 days later after Nalia having given me the keep. Can I still get her father's funeral quest? Because I've been for nearly a week with her in my party going around Athkatla and I didn't receive any message towards that quest. Can I force it via CLUA? Please, tell me how.

Hm, as far as I know having Nalia in the party a messenger will appear a week after clearing the keep will trigger the quest. After that, it becomes time based; if the party does not visit the graveyard soon, Nalia will go there on her own.

The appearance of the messenger is a little buggy however, try going in and out of Athkatla for awhile, any area in Chapter 2 should allow for you to get back to the Graveyard without being late, as far as the game is concerned.

That's about all I can recommend however.

Thanks. I don't know if I explained it right, but when I got Nalia, that week had already passed, so now I don't know if the messenger will appear or not. So far, he hasn't :-(

Yeah, like I said the appearance is a little buggy. I'd give it a maximum of ten days or so with Nalia in the party.
Sometimes he appears after the second stronghold event so yeah.

Well, I've been checking the scripts, and it seems to me that the timer for the messenger to arrive is set at Torgal's death, but only if Nalia is in my party. Since she wans't, I assumed the timer was not set and so I created the messenger that should come to her when it expires, with CreateCreature("naliames"). Problem solved :-)
