Because of a bug in the unmodified game, Aidan will not spawn in the Graveyard District *unless* you are using the G3 BG2 Fixpack. Neither Baldurdash nor Baldurdash-WeiDU correct this bug. If you are using the G3 BG2 Fixpack, the bug has been fixed, and you can carry on as normal.
The next version of Fading Promises will include a fix for the bug, but for now, please use the G3 BG2 Fixpack while playing this mod.
