I have been to the Luxley Estate and spoken with everyone I think and now am back in Amn. It took some time but Seb finally told my pc his feelings about Xavier. I don't know what to do now. I have finished everything I can before going to the Elven City but I don't want to go and miss anything.

Or should I go? I don't know if I messed something up or if I play too fast. I tried to go slow however.

You can use AdvanceRealTime(99999) to speed things up, and Sebastian and Andrei will chat with you and between themselves. When their talks stop coming up, all you have to do is rest a few times (for a day, I think, in most cases) and things will happen to make it continue.
