Other than combat, will a character be penalized in any way from having a low STR score?
Any STR requirements in this game? (KotOR I)

This-and-that. Meaning that it's score effects are centered to combat. If you have low(<13Str) you can't choose certain (combat)feats.Other than combat, will a character be penalized in any way from having a low STR score?
There is no pure stat requirements for any of the game features(quests etc.) or anything else.
