I can't install the mod. I get the message resource [FRIEND.STO] not found in KEY file [./chitin.key]

You are missing your Friendly Arm Inn store file from your game somehow. Could you post your WeiDU log please?

If you're still missing the .STO file, best reccomendation is to start fresh with a brand spanking new BGII-SoA + ToB + 26498 Patch install, and then install your mods on top of that.
