SAY NAME1 @4046
SAY NAME2 @4046
SAY DESC @4047

The above is taken from my .tp2 file, but when I select the spell in the game (it's a HLA for a custom kit), the description is completely blank.

Am I doing something wrong?

I'm pretty sure that for spells you use:
SAY NAME1 @xxxx
SAY UNIDENTIFIED_DESC @xxxx
