Well, wisdom does increase your force points, 1 force point per one bonus, so that's actually two ability score points. Nice? But there is also that if you have high CHA, you can use less force point to make up the once you lose because your alignment. So it's cheaper for high charismatic to PC to use darkside forces, than a low charismatic PC, also one for one bonus ration.
Now you might see why I play ultra low Wis-Cha fighter chars, as I don't need the DCs against my own powers.

wisdom helps with your will saves tho, and fighters usually have low will saves, so a high wisdom is still good to have.
if you are looking for which one to dump in a light side tank, i would not kno which is worse tho
