intelligence stinks. u r limited in starting stats as it is, and can make a better character with a low int. soldiers will get 1 sp per level if their intelligence is an 8 or a 13 (14 gives a bit extra). the same goes for any jedi class except sentinels, who stink anyway (i like to go either with a sorcerer (counselor) or a warrior (guardian)... a mix just doesnt come close to either one.)
skills arent to imoprtant either. u can just transit the little r2 wananbe droid anytime u need some skills in, or u can just use zaalbar in your party all the time. he has great skills, and fights great to. zaalbar is awesome!!!
so, my starting advice for a powergamer is to dump intelligence. u just dont need it, but you do need strenth, dexterity, constitution, wisdom, personality (charisma). if u like pure sorcerers like me (15 or more levels of counserlo), dump strength to 8 as well and bump up wisdom
is it me, or is intelligence the most useless stat in this game??

Agreed on the Intelligence...
But you are quite limited to be darkside as a counselor, as for the lightside, Guardian is always the best.If u like pure sorcerers like me (15 or more levels of counselor), dump strength to 8 as well and bump up wisdom

well, i like using stun a lot, and stasis. the last fight is pretty tough as alightside counselor
