I'm trying to decide if these feats are worth it for a non-scout. Please give some examples of the best implants.

Here the list. I would say that the first or the second are the best. But if you have STR char, you don't actually gain that much out of any of them. And remember, all the best need all the three feats, and so there is not much in between.
