Lerrit refuses to sell me the house

I've tried all possible avenues of conversation, but cannot get him to sell me the deed, the only conversation options I am shown are ones that basicly make me say I dont want to buy the house.

Can anyone help?

It is quite a lot of dialog to get through to advance to the actual talking of the deed. How much gold do you have when talking to him? Non-Ranger class will be approximately 30,000 gp if I remember correctly. Ranger class is cheaper unless something bugged your game but I do not see a conflict in the weidu you posted.

Oh Right, this might be the problem then, I've been keeping my gold under 15,000 so that I dont accidently trigger the next chapter, I'll go do a few quests or something and let my gold build up and try again later, Cheers.

Don't forget to check out the cabin three or four times after you purchase it and use tracking innate in the area. Also the crash from AR3534 to AR3535 (going to where the cabin is) is avoidable without CLUA, you just have to find the right spot in the travel trigger. If your members go all the way to the east side of the map after you click to travel, it will crash. I usually gather my party guys pretty close to where the travel wheel ibegins and click then. Hope that made sense and I think it is just a weird travel trigger.
