Among the other the manual says that ADs possess following psionic abilities:

Dis/Sci/Dev = 3/3/5

Does it mean up to three disciplines with up to 3 sciences and 5 devotions in each?
And another thing - PSP=250. Is it for each and every age category, or not. If not then how to determine the exact amount of PSPs?

I believe that's correct.

And another thing - PSP=250.

Unles it specifically states otherwise, that's the total amount, regardless of age category or any other factor.

No.

It means they have acess to three disciplines, and a maximum combined total of three sicences, and five devotions. Eight powers total, not including defense modes.

And another thing - PSP=250. Is it for each and every age category, or not. If not then how to determine the exact amount of PSPs?

That's the total amount, regardless of age category.
