If something done at 1 am can be called 'intentional' ;-) I was joking. Skinny, yes, elves are slender and I wanted to draw him like that, but I think you're right when you say his legs are too skinny, I'll add it to the list of things I'll fix. He's meant to be short too, drow are shorter than normal elves (in 3.5 Ed at least, I don't know about 2nd Ed)

Hm, I'm not sure if the background perspective is entirely in agreement with Sola there. If his feet were visible, I think he'd fit in better.

And, umm. the angle of the background is very boring. It's the kind of an angle you'd use to draw "3d" cubes on grid-paper, like some elementary school math assignment. o-o

Actually, the prespective is in total un-agreement with Sola XD it was something like "wow le'ts draw some background. Wow I love houses with domes, le'ts draw the dome... wow it looks amazing." too bad the prespective is totally wrong!! Well, it would work if Sola was on a roof or something but he is *not* lol I was too lazy to fix it!

Yarrr more sketches. Drawn around 1am so I've been lucky I did not fall asleep on the sketchbook

First one: Imothiel, my IWD2 character. She's supposed to wield a two handed sword (Oh my Lord of Murder, she could deal 40+ damage with each hit!) but it turned out too short DX




Second one: vampire/drowlich Solaufein. I admit I'm not keeping him for romance and/or banters but because of the special battles the mod adds. And Undead Solaufein simply kicked my ass until it grew a smaller ass which got kicked as well XD

BTW if someone wishes to use my Solaufein sketches for coloring practice, fell free to do so and post the finished pics here ;-)

Oh, that's from the Solaufein mod readme, the modmaker wrote a dialogue about him becoming a super duper vampire lich and gave him the features of both (immunities, spells and so on)

I love the way you drew mirror image on the first page. And Sola sulking in the docks is brilliant... that's pretty much the expression I imagine him having all the time lol.

My second attempt of drawing my Storm of Zehir party - the first attempt looked like cr@p so I'm not uploading it. The second attempt looks like cr@p as well but I *could* correct all the mistakes and finish it in the future. Meanwhile, here you are the sketch with comments by me. Oh, I also wrote something about characters as well.

If you're wondering about those odd non-D&D names, it's because they were the names I chose for the characters in the flash game "Monster's Den". Wow that game is awesome, you can find it on Newgrounds.com

I know the uper part of the helmet looks odd, the image is meant to be cropped so I didn't draw the parts that would be left off.
