The most annoyi8ng bug I have even come into contact with is the "Cannot initiate dialog. ??? appears busy."
Having to save and load about 9 times really gets on my nerves. I would appreaciate it if someone could create a mod that corrects this bug. Thanks.

The staff shall decide where this thread should belong, but definitely not in "Ideas" section.
That being said, do you have the latest patch installed? The most significant issue it fixes is "xxx appears busy" on WinXP.
