After getting rid of the slavers in the tanner's shop and sleeping in the inn, i went on to wrap up other quests before going to the elven city. Problem is everytime i forcetalk chloe she complains that i still havent gone to the bridge district and then leaves.
So i don't foretalk her and now im just about to go down to the tree of life. Chloe declares her love for me, but i still cant forcetalk her cos she leaves. Is anything else supposed to happen in the relationship or is the tree of life dialog the end?

I wish I could help you. I played her romance once but it was so long ago I've forgotten most of it. I do know that her story never got completed (that is there is no TOB portion and her story will be forever unfinished) so the Tree of Life dialog may well be the last love talk. I wouldn't worry if I were you as she will be silent once you transition into TOB. I hope you've enjoyed her so far though. I know I did.
