Hello everybody, I have recently installed Icewind Dale + HoW + TotL, and I heard that Auril's Bane was a nice addition, the question is : what does it really add ?

it add a new quest, where does it begin ? does it change some monsters (boss like Belhifet) ? where are the new items (in stores or ramdom lists or...) ?

i searched a little but I didn't found any info about that, so if someone could answer me it would be nice ^^

well, I asked here because this forum seems to be more active than the official ^^

anyway I already began to play (I'm currently in Dorn's Deep, and I have began HoW to make a break with the classic storyline), and only wanted directions to make sure that I don't miss anything ^^

Well, in fact that's my first game with Icewind Dale (I have had a hard time to found a copy with HoW), and I installed all the "mandatory" mods to have the better gaming expérience.

To make a review I should have done a game without the mod and a game with thereafter, and I simply don't have the time to play this long ^^

Apart from that, the game is beautiful, I'm wondering if it isn't more beautiful than BGII ^^
Oh and in my opinion easier than Icewind Dale II

Thanks all for your answers ^^

AB is mostly a collection of new custom things like items, spells, etc with encounters and quest or two thrown in.

Further questions should be directed at our forums since I (being co-author) hang around there than here.
