so i got to the City Gates, and after the conversation the kid dropped the map. When i pick it up, it says "world map has been updated", but eshpurta is nowhere on the map. Not in grey color, not at all. Nowhere. What could solve this? I have only BG2, TOB with latest patch and TDD v1.12 in the end. i remember being able to play it with some previous darkest day, if its the map with many many trolls in sewers-like terrain.

any help is welcome, really hate these modding bugs.

You need the Worldmap mod with TDD 1.12.

Worldmap mod is right here at SHS and it is save game friendly so no need to start a new game. Although you may try and reload before you encounter the Kender to get the map and update your new Worldmap properly.

There should be better descriptions for the new versions of these mods and their need for Worldmap as it is a little confusing. No fault on your part.

Good Luck!

thx very much.

so i install bg2, then tob, then tob patch, than tdd 1.12 and in the end worldmap?

sorry to ask, i've been away from bg2 for too long, are the all new places from the worldmap accesible from tdd 1.12 or i need to install the whole list of new mods?

and, what do i choose from component 1, revised map or? what is the difference?

thx again

I think you also need the BG2 fixpack for the Worldmap mod.

So BG2/ToB/Official Patch/Bg2 fixpack/TDD 1.12/Worldmap (original travel times or revised...doesn't matter.0

And just the core components of the fixpack are necessary but you can install the other to suit your taste.

it say on bg2fixpack that is must be installed prior to other mods. i already play tdd with worldmap, so i must uninstall them first? will it screw my savegame if i do that, install the fix, and then reinstall tdd and wmap?

I would reinstall fresh starting with a clean reinstall of the game. Otherwise you may have some problems where no help can be offered besides reinstalling the whole lot. That is just the way I would do it and I am sure others here would agree.
