If you haven't tried it yet, go to the Gates District and exit from the north side. It should do it.

All of the above must be considered totally IMHO.

I myself have finished vanilla BG several times, and still do a lot of silly questions. :D
[EDIT] I mean, I do a question and when I read the answer, I just think that I've tried all the most elaborate things forgetting the simplest one. I thought it could be the case. [/EDIT]
Another dumb suggestion: have you tried to CLUAConsole the party in the hills, then start a travel from there? It worked for me (since the game registers you are in the area, should also allow travels from and to that area), but for another reason/area.

Without the Bg2 fixpack before TDD and the Worldmap you may have some strange travel oddities. You may even run into some crash to desktops, but lets keep our fingers crossed and cross that bridge when we come to it.

I think Forest of Tethyr, North Forest and Small Teeth Pass may give a CTD so you can CLUA to area as mentioned by kthxbye.

well, will everything be ok if i copypaste my savegame folder and uninstall worldmap, uninstall tdd => then reinstall bg2 fix, and reinstall tdd and worldmap?

knowing the fact that these mods often get bugged if you dont know the exact orded of installs....

No, don't do that. Just copy and paste the contents of your weidu log in a post here. Also, did you install the original or the revised travel times for worldmap?

Try installing the Worldmap with the "Revised Travel Time" component, and load a save prior to talking with Delon and see if you can get to Umar through the City Gates.

thx, i solved that problem, mentioned earlier in the topic. its just that someone said i could have problems later with some other maps due to intalling bg2fix after the darkest day and worldmap mod, and not before - as the installation suggests.

That's not fixing the problem, that's working around the problem, and it still exists. The part of BG2Fixpack that effects Worldmap travel works properly regardless of whether Fixpack is installed prior to Worldmap or after. Having to go to another location to reach a location that appears on your map, but is unreachable is not the correct way to rectify the problem. But hey, that's alright. Don't pay attention to what I'm attempting to impart to you. I probably don't know what I'm talking about anyway... <_<
