im not sure if this is the correct place to post such a problem, but i did not see another place.

ive searched all over and have found nothing.

i took a pic of the error i get when trying to extract the folder, any help would be nice

You are running Vista, judging by your screenshot. I suspect what you have to do is

1. make sure you are right-clicking rather than left-clicking
2. choosing "save link as"
3. then opening the mod package on your own machine.

I suggest extracting it to a separate directory, then copying it over to your game directory, and running the installer in administrator mode.

On my Vistax64, I can left-click and successfully "save as" instead of "open", which might also be your trouble. If you click on the mod download link and get that dialog box,. choose "save as" rather than "open" and you should be ok.

It looks to me like the download got corrupted, which means that the entire file wasn't properly transferred from the server to your computer. Try downloading again and see if it works.
