I searched the board and Googled for similar occurrences, but didn't find anything... so I'm asking you fine chaps for advice! Here's the deal:

My protagonist completed the Jaheira romance with no trouble, Bodhi kidnapped/vamped her, and I went through the crypt Sunraying all the vampires (including Jaheira, accidentally) into oblivion. At the end of the quest I took Jaheira to the temple of Amaunator to revive her, as instructed. That's where I encountered the bug.

When I put her on the altar with Bodhi's heart, her character sprite reappeared, and my protagonist skipped merry circles around her, waiting for her to initiate some "my hero" style of dialogue. When that didn't happen, I talked to her directly. Right away I noticed that her character portrait had reverted to the BG1 version with brown hair and staff. Then, instead of saying anything remotely appropriate to the situation, she said the line that she apparently uses when you've just tried to remove her from the party ("I'm afraid the actions of my fellow Harpers...". I told her not to leave, and she rejoined the party, but all was not well:
- The "Final battle with Bodhi" quest was still marked incomplete, with no mention of the successful de-vampification.
- Jaheira couldn't equip her Harper pin (a message said her Dex was too low).
- Jaheira was level 2.

Leveling her up again is easy (she gets to level 7 just from the Lanthorn delivery experience), but still. This seems like a problem.

I have the Trilogy mod installed, which has caused a few weird-but-harmless glitches already (quests from BG1 appearing in the journal, etc.), but I'm worried that this might actually mess up my game.

The romance should still be active, but if I have the "wrong" Jaheira in my party, will that prevent it from continuing in ToB?

Also, I have a save with the "right" Jaheira still in my party, just before I enter the graveyard. I obviously can't remove her from the party to prevent the kidnapping without ending the romance, but! I've found that if I get her killed, Bodhi will leave the gray-portraited Jaheira alone -- then I can have Aerie revive her, and she can lay the smack down on the vampires alongside the protagonist, presumably with romance still intact. My question in this case is: am I skipping some required step, here? Does the romance still "break" somehow if Bodhi doesn't kidnap her? Or is this a good workaround?

I'm willing to continue either game (with low-level "wrong" Jaheira, or non-kidnapped "right" Jaheira) -- I'd just like to know which one is most likely to stay bug-free and with an active romance throughout this game and the next.

It's a quote from other forums of LadyAzurite, she got no help though. I have exactly the same problem, i'm also playing with BGT. Anyone encountered similiar problem? I can go into details regarding my installation of mods if nessecary. I'll be greatful for any help you could provide and sorry for my bad english it's not my native speaker.
