I like the look, but a few minor suggestions...

- The green is unfortunate.

- I don't like how references to ".D", ".DLG" became just "D", "DLG" in link form. Maybe it's just me.

On the whole, though, the cross-referencing is nice, it's easier to get definitions now... thanks.

Oh. The appearance of "stateTriggerString" doesn't make much sense in some contexts, like...

"stateTriggerStrings may have WEIGHTs. "

Good work on the new doc. It is *far* easier to navigate now.

Oh.

"Then we need to define who is speaking. == is CHAIN-style notation"

At least on my system, where I use the default preset fonts for Mozilla, "==" doesn't have any gap between the = symbols which could be vaguely confusing to someone who isn't paying attention.

Also, the version history seems to have lost a number somewhere. The last entry looks to be the most recent version, though.

I have added some additional text to flush out the bits that you marked as confusing.

Thanks for the kind words, Quitch.

I'm a blue fan myself, but the green looks OK to me. If you can give me some other colors in #123456 format to replace the shades of green I will use them.

I use Mozilla and had no problems... certainly I wouldn't change the == to something like = =, that'll just lead to a huge mess.

BTW, I couldn't see anything (in the tutorial at least) which indicated whether CHAIN could be used within a dialogue like APPENDI, or if it needed to come at the end of one, like APPEND or BEGIN.

I would also choose an example which doesn't use a mutually exclusive variable (i.e. TRUE or FALSE) as this can be confusing... does it work for several unrelated variables? Is it only for a one or the other situation?

The documentation of D commands in Chapter 4 isn't quite perfect. Notably, the CHAIN section doesn't actually show the word CHAIN, just ChainText but that's not quite what the doctor ordered.

Oh, never mind, I see it now.
