Hello,

first of all, thanks to all of you who have made playing Torment in higher resolutions possible. I wanted to ask if it is by my own mistake in install order or whatever, or if it happens to all. I am playing with the Widescreen mod, Ghostdog´s UI (and NVidia fix), using 1280 x 800 resolution and 30 percent larger fonts. With some characters (Annah for example) I cannot see their morale, because if I hover with mouse over the alignment symbol, the alignment description text appears, but is cut short by the box in which it is. I am not sure if there is a slider, but even if there were one, I couldn´t use it. (When you move mouse away from the alignment circle, the text in the box changes to general character description)

Is there some easy way to fix it? Thanks*T

For the record, this specific issue won't be a problem in v4.0 forward. Scient has moved the morale display of NPC's out of the alignment window and into the main character information display.

Neat! Thanks for the info :)

EDIT: I know it should go into a different topic, but I am fixpacked I had the chained blade for a long time even though Dakkon was at morale 20 and for a time even though I knew the full circle. Is there something I was missing?

The blade can only change when Dak'kon reaches fighter levels 4, 7 and 10. That is when it also upgrades in level.

Scient is looking into having morale checked every time he gains a fighter level, as it was requested that it be possible for Dak'kon to upgrade past level 10. It makes sense anyway. Kinda lame that once you get to level 10 you could abuse Dak'kon horribly and get him down to 0 morale and still keep the Streaming Blade forever.

From a roleplay perspective, it would make most sense if it changed anytime during morale changes, but that would be codewise inconvenient I suppose? :)

Yeah, it really would.

I think it's fair enough that it take until the next levelup though. Waiting three levels is a bit much, but I can see him needing a bit of time to shift the blade after having the necessary morale, for the same reason you gain levels in spurts based on experience. It fits with the leveling framework of D&D.
