Yes, there is Ashes of Embers that actually make the items to have Stat restrictions...
Victor's BG2 Improvements, this link should link to there, it removes all restrictions, but I do not know the compatibility of the other components...

Are you by the way sure that you have already gained the Fighter's levels and so the class back after you dualed the char, cause if you didn't, the character is only mage until you get one level over the starting class...

One more thing...why i can't use items that "Unusible by (4/4) Wizarslayers" ? even if im not a WS ?after i remove WS forum "Unusible" list only then item usable to me ?all other companions may use them even with "Unusible by (4/4) Wizarslayers"

Unless I'm mistaken, dual class is treated as multiclass, so you're F/M. Why F/M can't use a mundane sword is beyond me, however.

why i can't use items that "Unusible by (4/4) Wizarslayers" ? even if im not a WS ?

Unusable by WS means unusanle by WS and nothing else. It may be unusable by other kits/races/classes just as fine.

EDIT Were you a plain fighter prior to dualling? Or did you have a mod kit selected? It's possible for you to have picked up a kit that uses WS's usability flag.

much easier way is to apply to every character a permanent "Use any Item" effect, directly to the character.
As for the spell thing, BG2Tweaks does a good job at that too iirc.
