Victor's BG2 Improvements, this link should link to there, it removes all restrictions, but I do not know the compatibility of the other components...
Are you by the way sure that you have already gained the Fighter's levels and so the class back after you dualed the char, cause if you didn't, the character is only mage until you get one level over the starting class...

mage is higher on 1 lvl than fighter.

why i can't use items that "Unusible by (4/4) Wizarslayers" ? even if im not a WS ?
EDIT Were you a plain fighter prior to dualling? Or did you have a mod kit selected? It's possible for you to have picked up a kit that uses WS's usability flag.

well now that you mention it...i select Doombringer when i using RoT,maybe because i uninstall it something happen to kit and now my char is messed )did you have a mod kit selected?
i'll try to change kit and see what will happen

As for the spell thing, BG2Tweaks does a good job at that too iirc.
