I had this issue with the Saltmarsh crypt also. I thought I did something wrong (and I created the script!). Not sure why it isn't working anymore. I'll take a look.

Jarno - Not sure what the problem is with the Adder's Kiss. This was basically a porting over from PST. Range's should be the same. The other spell is a TDD spell and I remember some of them being very overpowered. I'll have to see if it can be tweaked down some.

The Hucrele Signet Ring's upgrading by Rurik has a bug, as I ask it, I do get it but it only costs 300gp's and the items aren't removed from me. So I end up with 3 rings... and I can make more. :devil:

I think that Bergon sells his stuff a bit on the low prices as I could have just purchase everything from his shop and go to Saltmarsh and sell them with good profit.
Could you make Bergon to have a Rogue Stone of few to sell too? As I need one, since I decided not to cheat... too much.

Adder's Kiss is now fixed, both the spell and the scroll. Seems there was a centering problem on the BAM file for the scroll. Also, the caster had to stand next to the enemy to cast it on them. Everything is now set at a 30 ft distance maximum. This should keep the enemy within sight. I also found that one of the casting levels had a bug (that should have carried over from PST - don't know if any fixes had been made prior).

The other spell looks to be more powerful than the level 9 version. I think I will step this down to be a minor version of it. It does have a really long effect which would allow you to kick off all sorts of spells.

Bergon - Scrolls are at a markup of 15% and gems at 110% (hmm - gems must be rare in this area). Rurik sells at a 150% markup and Fielding sells at 150%. I can see where you can make a good profit buying from him and selling at Saltmarsh. Tell you what, I think he was supposed to be at 115% not 15%. As for a Rogue Stone, I might just place one or two in with the Xvarts or the fortress.

As for Rurik and the ring, is this with Rurik in party or not? They have different dialog files. I suspect the bug is in both but I just need to know where to start looking. Thanks.

Nevermind about Rurik. I forgot that this is related to the area script which I have fixed for the next version. Any items he makes right now have a good chance of not removing the items from inventory. I just reran the dialog with my party using the new area script and he made the ring just fine. So you will see this in version .50a whenever I get that out.

Noooo-ooo, I wish to buy one, as I have one from somewhere.
Why buy? Cause I have bottomless Bag of Holding nearly full of magical things, and nowhere to spend them.
As for the Rurik, yes it was in the Saltmarsh smith shop.

And good thing to hear about the other stuff.

There is something wrong with Rihn's starting dialog, I think someone would be interrupting the talk, but when I click Continue the dialog just ends. My party is; PC, Althon, Candella, Bergon, Vildamir... the exact Rihn's dialog line when it ends is: "What is the year? The last I remember, it was the year or Stern Judgment 666 DR."
Edit: Hmm, apparently it was Bergon, as I kicked him out, the talk continued. Erhm, this bug might have been caused by me, as I... :whistling: made a small edit to Bergon and Althons dialogs so they offer to join. :devil: ... but I still have my doubts.

And another cosmetic bug, the tcbrac.itm has bad item description, apparently they should be item called 'Gift of the Woods', but they are actually the Gloves of the Mage.
Most probably somebody just forgot that there was already tcbrac.itm... when making another once.

I may have destroyed the tcmisc39.itm with ice damage, cause I never found the item in the tc0610 area where it should be found, so I had to cheat to get it.
I found few neutral Dust Memphis'es in the tc0611 area, that can be talked to, but they have no words to say, so the dialog is blank, but there was obviously something to say. :blink: Uh, and they do go hostile at the same time when I attacked them. ^_^
The Fire Giant at the level tc0612 is unarmed, so he can't kill my men, just slap them hard. -auth. And at the same area, the blue ring thing didn't appear when I got the three keys(forgot their name) together... was able to proceed anyway.

In Myth Drannor, when Candella begins her first dialog with Rivian, there is a bit of a trigger failure, as I hadn't had a fight before they talked, and secondly Candella was already a Dualed to Mage, so the entire dialog seems a bit weird. Few additional checks might fix this...

Rihn has in interjection from Bergon if he is in the party. Otherwise, you respond telling her what the current year is. So if you did something to his dialog, that would explain the drop at this point.

The gloves/bracers is something I also thought I saw. I will see about fix it.

The fire giant should have thrown boulders at you. As for the portal, I got mine working, so not sure what the problem is that you encountered.

I'll check on Candella.

Hmm, I am trying to upload the revised area script for Rurik to work correctly. It seems that uploads aren't working right now. Doesn't matter what file extension I give it.

Attached is the area BAF file. This would need to be compiled to work. I can't upload the BCS file even with a different filename. For the BAF file, you can either put it in the Classics050\BAF1 folder and reinstall (don't need to restart the game) or use DLTCEP to compile it. Sorry.

When I come from Westgate to the Slave's Village and Slaver's Fortress,I can not save game in either map,incl. inside the fortress.No cambat and no dialogue when I try to save the game.But if I use CLUAConsole jump to the maps from Westgate,it is OK to save game.
The difference I can say is encounting some slavers, who have been defeated when I came from Saltmarsh to Swamp.

Yeah, the map was changed... so one or more of the running dialogs might have error that doesn't clear itself, by the way, who did you have in the party? I have also run into the same problem.
And when I tried again to go there, I was able to save.

Bug to report then, the dialog with Chesnar never ends, there is no option to end it! <_<

I can't upload the BCS file even with a different filename.

Well, you can always archive the file. So, I upload the .bcs in a .zip, and it's easy to use as you just put opened file inside the archive into the override folder.

Althon,Rihn,Rurik,Shadow and Vildmayr in the party.
I try to dismiss them all,but still can not save game.

That is a very interesting problem. I'm not sure what would cause that in your case. Normally I would think that the Worldmap would have blocked your movement if you still had an open dialog. I have seen this problem when I jump you from area to area using a script, but never from using the Worldmap.

The dialogs in the tc1010 start a bit too early(just 5 and 10 seconds after I entered), as I can't even see the speakers, Prat being near the entrance, and especially Diarmid that's way too far on the other exit.

Althon is in the party and Icar also ask for a duel wiht PC.But I have tried some times,Icar is always killed and no way to let him join in.
Not sure it is a bug or I miss something to do before meeting wiht Icar.Maybe I need some spoilers on this.

Jarno - already mentioned. I think I have a fix for it. Diamind was just using the wrong initial dialog script.

tufug - Icar can definitely beat you if you let him. There are no rules on the fight other than he should talk when below 25 HPs. It is supposed to be a duel but your whole party can join in. I will probably make it so that Althon won't but for right now, he can. If you only attack him with your PC and move everyone else out of the area, it should be an interesting fight.

Still not success to let Icar join the party.Icar always killed by the party.

Staff of Striking+3 disappeared from my hands after game save.

It shows My Lady's Heart only used by Chaarna,but my PC(mage) can wear it.
