Hmm, interesting. Did you try to install the SCSII's AI at all? (components 6000+ ) Just out of curiosity.

Many thanks for the compatibility report.

As it is, Epic Endeavours overwrites many files (including reused areas codes) as it does not try to maintain compatibility with the origina plot. Installing BG2 Fixpack first is probably a good idea to avoid problems, although a few fixes may lost due to overwriting. However it avoids risks that BG2 Fixpack would wrongly patch areas modified by Epic.

Regarding IA, I'm not sure installing an improvement mod would be safe. First because some fights are already hard. Then, due to files overwritten or reused by Epic, they may be risk that any change by SCS II could overwrite critical bits. I don't know how SCS II replaces the original script, so maybe there is no risk. But then the installation of SCS II may not be complete if it fails to patch a file that was changed by Epic.
This may work, but I suggest extreme caution.

Well, I did not try to install SCSII AI (I only wanted the spell changes and especially the party AI script) because I had no idea what AI is used. Well, I guess that it is BP AI (Adiamant Golems have resistances etc.) and thus, SCSII could be compatible. The AI actually could be bettet. Nevertheless, there are some special (boss) enemies (e.g. a lich), who seem to have special (toned down) scripts (to battle a SCSII lich in Mission 3 would be impossible...) and might become deathtraps. In addition, battles / story might get a bit out of control, because plot relevant spells might not be casted anymore etc.
I know the story of Rhialto...
My personal opinion is that installing the AI for "melee-enemies" would be possible and even improve the game.
Maybe I will try to install several SCSII AI components after the last mission, just to tell you if the installation itself was possible.

Basically what this does is pinpoints a spot on your map for each quest you have. The pinpoint tells you which quest it is and where you should go to do it. Great mod helps you level so much.
