i don't know if this is a known problem but didn't find anything about it.
I'm in the underdark and met Solaufein at the south-eastern-main-cave-exit to free Phaere. After the battle Solaufein and Phaere however just stand around in silence, when i talk to solaufein he says something about having thoughts about the future and phaere has nothing to say. If i remember correctly some dialouge should trigger here, but it doesen't. Any way to fix that?

ok, solved for now by putting "solaufeinjob" from "2" to "3", where that bug in times of mega-fixpacks comes from is still not clear to me.
