I am in the lower ward. I have the fixpack and tweaks installed, but nothing else. If i talk to him with da'kkon near, i will get the warning dialog. Thats great.
The problem is even when i have da'kon stationed elsewhere, yi'min refuses to offer to restore my memories.
All he will do is say something along the lines of "do not talk to me human".
What am i doing wrong? I dont remember this problem occuring without the fixpack.

You have to do something to get them mad at you/suspect you of being a "githzerai pawn". Mercy-killing An'azi is a sure fire way.
That is in the original game as well, I didn't change it.
